Process Automation Specialist

Remote Position

We are looking for students to assist our team with digitizing and automating business processes across Georgia Tech! 

Who We Are

The Business Process Solutions team provides opportunities for campus departments to digitize and automate their daily work. Our goal is to enhance the user experience for both internal and external consumers of Georgia Tech services. Our team of analysts and developers will work to map out existing process and present solutions to digitize and automate business processes.

Responsibilities

  • The position will assist in evaluating and documenting business processes and use low-code platforms to digitize work
  • Work with key business users & process owners to analyze as-is business processes & work with architects to define to-be processes in a digital environment
  • Develop and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software robots utilizing the UiPath Platform
  • Develop and deploy applications and workflows utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Monitor and support existing automations and digitized forms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong design thinking skills, ability to think outside the box to create value for customers
  • Requirements gathering, requirements analysis, business process analysis, object-oriented analysis and data modeling
  • Business Process Mapping & BPM tools
  • Platforms such as UiPath & Microsoft Power Platform
  • Experience with programming (.NET/C# desired)
  • Familiar with reading/handling markup languages (XML/JSON)
